Overall, I think the chicken has amazing jerk flavor and the mac n cheese is really good! They have outdoor picnic tables and there’s plenty of parking. They are friendly too, you can tell they’re passionate about their work.

Clay (the owner) was really nice and generous. The food is incredible, im vegetarian and there was a lot of options. I ate practically the entire veggie menu. Definitely recommend this place!

Mr. Pimento exemplifies what I love about food trucks. The food is very fresh and prepared with care. I ordered the Mac n cheese bowl with jerk chicken and curry chicken. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about how the different flavors would go together, but I was really satisfied with all of it. You could mix everything or leave separate and it would be great either way. Clay, (the owner, I think) was really friendly and obviously passionate about the business and customer satisfaction.

Just had the ox tail and jerk chicken with some delicious hibiscus tea! The flavors are amazing! The ox tail meat was falling off the bone. I love it! The people are very nice and made sure everything was perfect!
